If you have placed an order that has not yet shipped, we can assist you with making changes to your order.

To make changes to your order, please email support@trayvax.com as soon as possible with your order information. We are unable to make changes to an order once a transaction is completed, so the order will need to be canceled and a new order will need to be placed.

Unfortunately, once the order has left our facility, we are unable to change or cancel and order.
