Every Trayvax wallet comes with a guaranteed 65-year heirloom warranty that covers all hardware failure—including broken straps, worn out velcro, broken paracords, and broken rivets.
Misuse and accidental damage are not covered by warranty. Examples of this include plates that are bent after being run over, pets chewing up leather, bottle opener attachments bent while being used as a multi-tool, modifications made to the wallet, etc.
We also do not cover minor cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents to the leather. Many customers like the “worn in” look and color of their leather over time, but if for any reason you’d like to replace your current leather, you can ship your wallet to us and have it re-leathered for a $20 re-leathering fee.
When emailing us with a warranty claim, please provide your name, proof of purchase, and a picture if possible. There is a $3 shipping and handling charge for all replacement parts (velcro strap, paracord, missing screws).
For items that need to be re-riveted, re-leathered, or otherwise repaired under warranty at our warehouse, we ask that the product is shipped to us with the following information:

Costs of the repair and outbound shipping from our facility are covered by Trayvax.
